Here is step by step guide through the design and construction process  in a correct sequence and approximate time frame. Before contacting a contractor every client needs to have multiple sets of drawings  and in some cases permits to start the construction. Following the drawings and plans contractor can order correct materials and quantities needed for the project.

• Consultation on the location/building about the state of the building/space with clear suggestions for the improvement. We contact with the municipality after the visit and let you know if/which documents must be provided for the construction. Information provided in a form of a written report. Time frame: 1-2days.
• Measurements on the location and precise existing situation drawings (plans/facades/sections). Time frame: 3-5days.
• Sketches of the plans and facades for the new design/reconstruction/improvement according clients needs. We provide 3 options. Time frame: 5-10 days.
• Application for the construction permit at the municipality. Time frame: 1-2 days
• Suggestions for the isolation improvement (in a form of detail drawings) according building construction type and isolation subsidy requirements. If needed external consultation. Time frame: 1-2 days
• Special furniture design, such as kitchens, build in cupboards, other types of custom furniture in case of restaurant/beauty space/ other public interior function. We make also production drawings and share contacts with the producers/contractors. Time frame: 5-15 days.
• Electricity and light plans/technical darwings is one of the most important stages of the project. It is made after all spaces are planed and furniture has its future locations. Time frame: 5-10days
• We work with trustworthy contractor companies and in this phase we share drawing sets and plans to get our client the best quote. We look at the quotes together with the client. Time frame: 1day.

At this stage construction finally starts. We provide construction supervision to make sure that everything is built according the drawings/laws, with correct materials and on the correct locations. We charge from 40eu-120eu per visit and report depending on the complexity of the construction.
